How it works
From a site tour to a finished report in three steps
Instead of writing the report after the tour, you photograph and record during it. The report builds itself as you go.
Open a report
Send the bot the words new report. It asks which report and which project, then asks for a title and the attendees, as text or a voice note.
Send findings
For each finding, one or more photos followed by a voice note or text: what the defect is, where it is and what is needed. A new photo opens a new row.
Send finish
The report is produced and sent on WhatsApp as a Word and a PDF file, and by email if an address is set. It can also be distributed automatically to more addresses.

Organizing each finding
In a supervision report each row gets its work area, location and description. In a meeting summary the recording is split into topic, owner and due date.
Polishing the wording
Before the report is produced every finding is reviewed once and the wording is improved, without changing the meaning.
Repeated defects and merging
A defect of the same kind reported more than once in a report is marked in red as a repeated defect. Rows that certainly describe the same defect in the same place are merged.
Ten languages
The bot answers each user in the language chosen for them out of the ten system languages, and the commands are recognized in all of them.
A report left open
After an hour without activity a reminder arrives, and after two hours the draft is deleted. You start over without the user being blocked.
Supervision report
Finding after finding, and the table builds itself
Every finding becomes a row in the report: photos, topic, description. The report ends with a produced-by line with the producer's name.
- The correction command deletes the last row so you can send it again.
- A general note adds a remark that appears under the report table.
- At the top: the project name, title, date and attendees, plus the company logo and an opening text if set.
- Field tip: speak briefly and state the location, for example floor 3, bathroom.
Meeting summary
Topic, owner and due date in one recording
In the meeting you record each topic as soon as it closes. The system splits the recording into three fields and builds a tidy table.
- Or three text messages in order: topic, owner and due date.
- If the recording had only some of the details, the bot asks for the rest.
- You can add photos at the end, and they appear at the bottom of the report.
For the main manager
Control who produces, what they produce and how it looks
The management screen is for the company's main manager. People producing reports in the field do not need an account in the system.
Users and permissions
Add a user by WhatsApp number and set which report types are allowed, for which projects and in which language the bot answers. Deactivating stops access without deleting.
The reports screen
All company reports in a table with search, filter and sort, preview, sharing by email and WhatsApp, printing, ZIP download and Excel export. On the Premium plan.
Assign to a project
Pick a project from the list and the report appears on the project's reports screen with a WhatsApp icon, and counts on the project card.
Report styling
Fixed opening and closing text, a stamp or signature and a header style: default or compact. Settings are separate for every report type. On the Premium plan.
Automatic email distribution
Every new report of the chosen type is sent as a PDF to one or more addresses, in addition to the regular WhatsApp delivery.
Open reports
See reports started on WhatsApp and never finished, and cancel them manually instead of waiting for the automatic deletion.

What are WhatsApp AI reports?
An asMade service that turns field reporting on WhatsApp, photos, voice notes and text, into a tidy report. You message the asMade bot, and the system transcribes the recordings, organizes every finding into a row and builds a PDF report and a Word file, delivered on WhatsApp and by email.
How do I produce an inspection report on WhatsApp?
Send the bot the words new report, choose the report type and the project, then send a title and the list of attendees. For every finding send one or more photos followed by a voice note or text. When you are done, send finish and the report is produced. A large report can take a few minutes.
Do I need an app or an account in the system?
No. A person producing reports in the field only needs a WhatsApp number that the company's main manager added as a user. There is nothing to install and no separate account. The main manager sets up the service, adds users and decides which reports and projects each one may use.
Which report types can I produce?
Two types: a supervision report, a site tour with photos and a voice note or text for every finding, and a meeting summary, with a topic, an owner and a due date for every item. A third type, price quote, is marked coming soon in the interface and is not available yet.
What does the AI do in the report, and what am I responsible for?
The AI transcribes the recordings, identifies the work area and the location of each finding, improves the wording without changing the meaning, flags a repeated defect and merges rows that certainly describe the same defect in the same place. It assists with wording and organization, and the responsibility for the content stays with whoever produced the report. Review the PDF before you pass it on.
Which languages can I use?
The bot answers every user in the language chosen for them, out of the ten system languages, and speech recognition is matched to the user's language. The commands can be written in any of the ten languages, even when the bot speaks another one.
What happens if I leave a report open?
Each user can have one open report. After an hour without activity the bot sends a reminder, and after two hours without activity the draft is deleted so you can start over. The main manager can also cancel an open report manually.
How does the free trial work, and what are the plans?
A company that has not yet used a trial gets seven days on the Premium plan with up to two WhatsApp users. The trial is given once per company and starts when you add the first user. After it there are three plans: Basic up to 3 users, Standard up to 10 and Premium up to 30, as a subscription of one to 12 months.
Where do I view, share and style the reports?
Every report reaches whoever produced it on WhatsApp and by email, on all plans. On the Premium plan the main manager also gets a reports screen, with search, sharing by email and WhatsApp, printing, ZIP download, Excel export and assigning a report to a project, and a design and distribution screen: opening and closing text, a stamp, a header style and automatic email delivery.
How is this different from the asMade reports system?
WhatsApp AI reports are created in the field, in a chat with the bot, with their own subscription. The reports system is a separate service for writing reports from a computer or a phone, with an editor, ready-made templates, photos with annotations and six report types. A WhatsApp report assigned to a project appears in the project's report list.
