Which report types can I produce?
Six types: senior supervision (consultant reports by discipline), safety, meeting summary, handover, property inspection and quality control. Each type has ready templates you can adapt in the editor, more than 50 in total. The property inspection report is shown in the Hebrew interface only.
Can I try it for free?
In a company without a reports subscription the first four reports open at no charge. From the fifth, the report is created but locked, and you can pay for a single report or buy a monthly subscription for unlimited reports, from one to 12 months. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
How do I build a new report?
Create a report with a title, pick a type and a template, and optionally assign it to a project. Fill in rows, where every finding or item is a row with photos, choose a view, check the preview and save as PDF, print or send by email. You can work from a computer or a phone.
Which image files can I upload, and how do I annotate them?
You can upload JPG, GIF and PNG images, up to five per upload to a row, and large images are shrunk automatically so the report stays light. Each image can have a caption and an arrow, circle, rectangle or freehand marking. You can also attach up to ten general images to the whole report.
What is special about the property inspection report?
For every defect you pick an area, a domain and a defect from a large database split into 43 domains. The choice fills in the details, severity, standard and estimated cost. There are four severity levels, four handling statuses and an AI detection button (beta) that suggests a defect from the photos. Suggestions are an aid and the inspector remains responsible for the final content. This type is shown in Hebrew only.
How does the report look and how do I share it?
There are four views: detailed, compact, table and, for property inspections, by area. The report includes the company logo, page numbers and all rows with their photos. Print it, save it as a PDF or send it by email with the report attached. Reports assigned to a project can also be viewed and downloaded from the project screen.
Who can see and edit the reports?
The main manager sees all company reports, edits any report and manages the subscription and settings. A project manager, a works manager and other roles see and edit the reports they created, and creating a report in a project requires edit permission for reports. A supervisor and a contact person have no access to the reports screen.
Which consultant reports does the system have?
The senior supervision type has 11 templates by consultant discipline: structural, architect, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, safety, accessibility, waterproofing, aluminum, landscaping and sprinklers. Each template opens with 12 or 13 ready check items for the discipline, and you can edit, add and delete items. The meeting summary type also has a consultant coordination meeting template.
