asMade · Resident portal

A personal site for every resident, no password and no lost messages

The resident signs in with a phone number and a WhatsApp code, and sees the apartment plans and suppliers, updates from the developer, a photo gallery and a payment schedule, and opens service calls. The team follows the handling, and the file stays with the resident after handover.

How it works

From setting up the project to the resident's first sign-in

The portal is activated for each project separately, and residents receive a single sign-in address.

Set up apartments and residents

For every apartment you enter its residents with their phone numbers, and assign suppliers and plans. You can upload a file to an apartment and mark it as handed over.

Fill in the content

Suppliers and contractors, a photo gallery, ongoing updates and contacts. A main colour and the company logo give the portal your look.

Send the address

The project's sign-in address is asmade.co.il/dayar/ followed by the project number. The resident enters a phone number, receives a code on WhatsApp and signs in.

What is inside

Everything a resident asks, in one place

Fewer calls to the office, more transparency for the resident.

Phone-only sign-in

A 6-digit WhatsApp code, no password and no sign-up. A resident with several apartments picks the one they want.

Plans and suppliers per apartment

The resident sees the files and suppliers assigned to their apartment, with contact details. A file opens in a new tab.

Ongoing updates

An updates feed from the developer straight to the resident, instead of messages that get lost. The home page shows the latest ones.

Gallery and location

Current photos from the project and, when a location is set, a map and a button that opens navigation in Waze.

A resident file for good

After handover the resident goes straight to the file: plans, suppliers and documents, contacts and service calls.

Ten languages

The resident chooses a display language on the home page and the choice is kept on their device.

Secure sign-in

A one-time WhatsApp code, and rules that protect residents

The code is sent only to the number set on the apartment, so only people the team registered can sign in.

  • The code is valid for 5 minutes. An expired or wrong code requires requesting a new one.
  • Up to 5 code requests and 10 entry attempts every 15 minutes from the same address.
  • A number that is not set on an apartment gets no code and cannot sign in.
  • A primary and a second resident each sign in with their own phone, to the same apartment.
Service calls

A call opened from the phone, closed only after a solution is documented

The resident opens a call, the team is alerted and updates it, and the resident confirms the problem is solved.

  • A system alert and an email to the project manager, the works manager and tenant-changes users.
  • Status, severity, an owner, the root cause and a solution, with a 72-hour target.
  • A reply to the resident by email, and a service rating request when the call is closed.
  • For those who manage quality in the system: moving a call to a non-conformance record (NCR).
Payment schedule

Full transparency for the resident: what was paid and what is next

The team enters payments per apartment, and the resident sees them in the portal.

Total paid

The sum of payments that have a received date, and a list of all payments with amount, due date and confirmation number.

Future payment

A payment row with no received date appears to the resident as a future payment and is not counted as paid until a received date is entered.

Tenant changes

Orders from the tenant changes system appear in the portal automatically, with status, amount including VAT, amount paid and balance.

Subscription

An annual subscription per project, by number of apartments

A separate subscription for each project, paid in advance. Only the main manager may buy or renew.

Small projectUp to 15 apartments
Medium projectUp to 40 apartments
Large projectOver 40 apartments

Prices are shown on the purchase screen. When the subscription expires the residents' sign-in address redirects to the main site, so renew in time. Subscription and permissions details

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about the resident portal

What is the resident portal?
A personal site for every resident of a residential project. Residents see their apartment plans, the suppliers and contractors assigned to it, updates from the developer, a photo gallery and the project location, a payment schedule, and can open service calls. The team manages everything from one admin screen.
How do residents sign in? Is a password needed?
There is no password and no sign-up. The resident opens the project address, enters the phone number set on the apartment and receives a 6-digit code on WhatsApp. The code is valid for 5 minutes and the sign-in is kept on the device for 30 days. A primary and a second resident each sign in with their own phone.
What does the resident see in the portal?
A personal home page with the apartment details, its status (under construction or handed over) and the latest updates, and a menu: plans, suppliers and contractors, a photo gallery, company contacts, service calls and a payment schedule. A screen with no content, such as plans that were not assigned, is simply not shown.
How do service calls work?
The resident opens a call with a subject, a description and a type of problem (electrical, plumbing, finishing or other), and the call gets a 72-hour handling target. The project manager, works manager and tenant-changes users get an alert and an email. The team updates status and severity and writes a reply that is emailed to the resident, and a call cannot be closed without a documented solution. The resident confirms the problem is solved and is asked to rate the service.
What is in the payment schedule?
The team enters payments for each apartment: description, amount including VAT, due date, received date and a confirmation number. The resident sees how much has been paid so far and a list of all payments, and a payment with no received date appears as a future payment. Orders from the tenant changes system show up there automatically, with their status, amount, amount paid and balance.
What happens after the apartment is handed over?
When the apartment is marked as handed over, the resident goes straight to the resident file: plans, suppliers, contacts and service calls, a permanent archive that keeps serving them after the project is finished. For it to keep opening, the project subscription must be renewed before it expires.
Which languages is the portal available in?
The resident picks Hebrew, English, Russian, Chinese, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian or Arabic on the home page, and the choice is kept on their device. Content the company writes, such as updates and supplier names, is shown as written and is not translated automatically.
Who can view, edit and buy?
Everyone who belongs to the project can view the project's admin screen. By default only the main manager and the project manager may edit apartments, suppliers, content, payments and service calls, and permissions can be changed per user and per project. Only the main manager may buy or renew the subscription.
How is the subscription structured?
An annual subscription, paid in advance, for each project separately, by number of apartments in tiers of up to 15, up to 40 and over 40. Prices are shown on the purchase screen. When the subscription expires, the residents' sign-in address redirects to the main asMade site and the portal does not open.
