Not every worker wants an app. A worker with no location rule sends IN when work starts and OUT when it ends, and gets a confirmation with the recorded time.

Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions about the attendance system
Do I need a time clock or special hardware?
No. Workers report from their own phone: with the asMade Now app for Android and iPhone, or with a WhatsApp message. Nothing has to be installed on site.
How much does it cost?
The first month is free for up to 50 workers, with no credit card. After that you choose a plan by the number of workers in the company: up to 10, up to 25 or up to 150 workers. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
How does a worker log in to the app?
The worker types the company number and phone number and receives a verification code on the phone. No account or password is needed, and the login stays on the device until the worker logs out.
How do you check that the worker is really on site?
Each project gets a location and a radius, and each worker gets rules: location verification required, reporting near the site only, or reporting outside the radius with a mandatory note. When a location is available the system also stores the distance from the site for each report.
Can workers report attendance by WhatsApp message?
Yes, for a worker who has no location rule. The worker sends the word IN or OUT in a message to the system number and gets a confirmation back. A WhatsApp message carries no location, so the location is not checked for such a report.
How do I prepare the month for payroll?
On the payroll preparation screen you choose a month. The system checks for problems (for example reports without an exit), calculates regular hours, overtime (125% and 150%) and Saturday and holiday hours, and lets you lock the month and export a file for your payroll software.
How are vacations and sick days handled?
The worker sends a request from the app (vacation, sick day, reserve duty and more) and the manager approves or rejects it. An approved absence is recorded for every day and shows in the dashboard, the reports and the payroll preparation.
Which languages does the app support?
The app speaks Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic and Chinese, and the messages the worker receives are sent in the worker's language.
Who can see and edit the data?
The system administrator can do everything. Other users get four permissions: view, edit workers, manage attendance and payroll export. An action log records every sensitive change: who edited a report, approved a leave or locked a month.
Is it suitable for construction sites and contractors?
Yes. The attendance system is part of asMade for construction project management: you set a location and radius for every site, assign workers to sites, and see in the dashboard who is on each project.
